Capilano Canyon with the MDC’s

After a heavy day at the Wiener dog races and a morning where ENGLAND WON THE CRICKET WORLD CUP we met Emily, Tyler, Charlie, Izzie and Diego Martin Del Campo for a quick hike at Capilano Canyon. A short hike but great to get outside and help my hangover.
